Five New Tour Pro 9 Vehicles for Civilised Car Hire
We have had the pleasure of working with Civilised Car Hire for almost 15 years and during this time we have proudly converted over 1000 vehicles for them.
The next five conversions to join Civilised’s fleet are the Tour Pro 9 vehicles which feature 8 passenger seats plus driver and a large rear equipment storage area. Civilised offer a wide variety of vehicles from luxury Pro-Monaco and production vehicles to Range Rovers and G-Wagons. The professional hire company take on-board all feedback from their clients to improve the design and flexibility of their new vehicles so, their latest tour buses have been designed specifically for up-and-coming bands and production crews looking for something a little simpler.
Passenger Cabin
Based on the Volkswagen Crafter L2H2, Civilised’s new tour buses feature 6-seats in the passenger cabin configured in a forward-facing arrangement. A half-height bulkhead with cup holders, charging sockets and lighting controls has been installed between the front cabin and the first row of passenger seats.
For passenger entertainment, we fitted an adjustable cradle to the front desk which supports an Android Tablet connected to the vehicle’s rear speakers. Passengers can use the Tablet to watch a variety of streaming services or to listen to music. The adjustable cradle extends to full-height, making it easy for the second row of passengers to view the Tablet.
Rear Storage Area
Civilised’s Tour Pro 9 vehicles feature a large rear storage area for the transport of production equipment. This area also includes a clothing rail, LED lighting and heavy-duty floor clips to secure large items.
