Earlier this year, Ford released the new model Ford Tourneo Connect and we are pleased to announce that we have now completed our first wheelchair accessible conversion on it.

Although smaller in size than many of our conversions, the new Ford Tourneo Connect is a versatile vehicle which has proved to be an increasingly popular base vehicle choice for our wheelchair accessible conversions.
The all-new Ford Tourneo Connect
The new Ford Tourneo Connect has had a full redesign and features a sporty new exterior with a bold front grille. The vehicle also comes in a variety of body colours to suit your requirements.
A brand new design: The new Ford Tourneo Connect has had a complete redesign and now features a sporty exterior.
A variety of additional options plus an advanced interface with a digital dash and a smart centre touchscreen have been included in this new base vehicle. The centre touchscreen can also be customised to display a wide range of vehicle data. These innovative upgrades provide those extra comforts, similar to a modern car, making the Tourneo Connect a great conversion for families, residential homes and local authorities carrying out accessible door-to-door transport schemes.

Our first wheelchair accessible conversion on the Ford Tourneo Connect
We are honoured to have been given the opportunity to convert the first four Ford Tourneo Connects for one of our long-standing local authority clients. Their new vehicles will be added to the local authority’s minibus range where they can either be purchased, leased or hired by a number of different organisations within the county. Some of the Ford Tourneo Connects may even be put to work within schools, colleges, the local authority’s dial-a-ride scheme and more!
Our wheelchair accessible conversion features a specially designed fold-out ramp which sits inside of the original vehicle flooring.
