Another Pro-Monaco Tour Bus for Civilised Car Hire

We are thrilled to showcase our latest Pro-Monaco Tour Bus for one of our long-term clients, Civilised Car Hire.

The Pro-Monaco

Civilised’s latest Pro-Monaco is based on the Mercedes Sprinter L4H2. This executive tour bus features eight VIP electric reclining passenger seats plus driver with a custom-built dressing room in the rear. The luxury passenger cabin is trimmed in both black suede and soft-feel materials and includes two televisions with Apple TV, SONOS premium sound system, full on-board WiFi and climate control.

New Alresford’s New Minibus

We are delighted to showcase our latest colourful wheelchair accessible conversion for our returning clients, New Alresford Town Trust. We previously had the pleasure of converting New Alresford’s last minibus back in 2017.

The wheelchair accessible vehicle has been completely designed to meet the New Alresford’s personalised specification and includes a variety of features to meet their requirements.

New Alresford Town Trust

New Alresford Town Trust operate a local community minibus available to elderly and disabled residents in and around the surrounding areas of New Alresford. The service has been in operation since 1970 and completes approximately 600 journeys per year! Their new minibus will be used to take local residents shopping, to day centres, to club events and even on a number of exciting day trips.

We would like to say thank you to New Alresford Town Trust for returning to Stanford Coachworks and we hope that everyone enjoys using the new minibus!

The New Minibus

New Alresford Town Trust’s new minibus is based on the L3H2 Mercedes Sprinter and can transport up to 14 seated passengers or 2 wheelchairs with some seats removed. The vehicle features a colourful blue patterned interior with our exclusive low-entry fold-out side step, a PLS underfloor tail lift, a front luggage pen, passenger saloon heating and air conditioning and more…

A Second Ford eTransit for our Returning Customers

This week SCW have had the privilege of delivering a second fully-electric minibus to our returning community transport customers based in Chichester.

e-SCW: Electric Vehicle Conversions

After supplying them with two diesel Ford Transits in 2017, our customers decided it was time to go green when they took delivery of their first Ford eTransit minibus last year. The charity’s latest electric vehicle is also based on the Ford eTransit and will be used to transport both elderly and disabled people in the local area.

Our Conversion

With an underfloor tail lift fitted at the rear, this Ford eTransit is fully wheelchair accessible and can transport up to 9 passengers plus driver or 3 wheelchairs with seats removed. The interior is finished in a colourful patterned blue moquette and features and electric side step fitted beneath the side load door, a custom-built front luggage pen, LED interior lighting and more, see below…
